Booking and Cancellation Policy

Pre-payment / Payment

To confirm a booking with Stay Low Surf, a 30% pre-payment is required. This payment should be made by bank transfer to the designated bank account provided by Stay Low Surf. Once the payment is received, your booking will be confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in, in cash.

Changing and Cancellation Policy

Changes to Booking: Guests can modify their booking at any time by contacting the Stay Low Surf team. Changes are possible within the same calendar year if alternative dates or options are available. If the change request is made more than 30 days before the check-in date, there will be no change fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date, the pre-payment will be refunded in full.
- For cancellations made less than 60 days before the check-in date, Stay Low Surf reserves the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee.
- Bookings that have already had their dates changed cannot be cancelled with a refund.
Cancellation by Stay Low Surf: In the unlikely event that Stay Low Surf needs to cancel a booking, the full pre-payment will be refunded to the guest.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: Between 16:00 and 22:00. A late check-in fee of 20€ per room will be applied for arrivals after 22:00.
Pick-up Service: Bus station pick-ups must be scheduled at least one day in advance, with the estimated arrival time provided.

Surf Classes

Surf classes included in the surf camp package are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of injury during class.
Guests must strictly follow the instructions provided by their surf instructor and adhere to all safety guidelines.
In the event of an injury during a class, please inform your instructor immediately.
Classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be accommodated within the guest’s stay, but Stay Low Surf will not be responsible for these adjustments.

Insurance

Stay Low Surf provides insurance coverage for personal accidents occurring during surf classes. This insurance does not extend to accidents that occur before or after the surf class or during free surfing sessions. For more information about insurance coverage, please contact Stay Low Surf.

Extra Activities

Stay Low Surf is not liable for any extra activities offered by third-party partners or companies. Participation in these activities is at the guest’s own risk.
